WHEREAS inspired by the noble vision of Buddhist ethos of helping poor and needy people during times of dire emergencies; WHEREAS inspired by the noble vision of helping others, far and near; WHEREAS realizing the need to establish socially, morally and financially sustainable Tshogpa through voluntary contributions; and WHEREAS soliciting the people to participate in establishing a voluntary Tshogpa; THEREFORE, the Samzang Phendhey Tshogpa is hereby formed with the noble objectives to extend social welfare services to members of Tshogpa subsequent upon the adoption of following Rules and Regulations and ultimately therein register as the Mutual Benefit Organizations (MBOs).
